Look at Butter's Roving which came back from the mill today!
Beautiful and soft, like clouds. I can't even catch it right with the camera. If you click to make it bigger, maybe you can get a better picture. I can't wait to spin it! Plus - I just sent it less than two weeks ago. Does Stonehedge jam or what?!! I would have been carding this on my little carder for about two weeks.
Okay - now that I lured you here, he he, back to the socks..... (sorry..)
Roses 'N Thyme done!
Blue Acorn? Well.... we are finally turning the heel on the first one and it will be plain, plain, plain all the way to the toe.
Then I get to do it all over again.. This one is definitely going to put me into SSS (second sock syndrome), but I will prevail and hopefully finish them by 10 p.m. on Friday. That's when the first bi-weekly raffle is closed for Summer of Socks '08. Three tries (pairs) are better than two, don't you think? Hopefully I can win some stuff!!! Wish me luck! (unless you are also competing, then maybe you can cross your fingers while wishing me luck)
Love your humor and love your blog, I'll be back. Come visit mine at www.babyoccupied.typepad.com
This is so much fun!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Yes, that pup is adorable.
Wow! Those blue socks are beautiful. I understand why you wouldn't want to put the pattern on the foot. It looks complicated!
