I got nothing but socks today... Of some excitement is the three new skeins I picked out for the next three pairs:
The one on the left is one of the three that I dyed the other day. Knitpicks Bare Superwash, Donegal Tweed, Fingering. I used Yellow Sun and Periwinkle Blue. The Periwinkle came out mostly Olive Green which is really cool. Plus, we get the little tweedy bits of red, blue, green and yellow. I'm going to make Spring Forward with that skein. On the bottom is Knitpicks Felici in the Atmosphere colorway. They are leftover from making a full pair of socks. I'm going to use that red Knitpicks Pallette above with the blue to see what I can get. That should be interesting. Then, the old standby sock yarn Austermann Step in the back. I'm not sure what the colorway is on this one, but it's supposed to have Aloe mixed in.
Missy's Monkeys are almost done:
which is a good thing because the pattern sheet is almost destroyed.... Also, I started a "short" pair of socks with some leftover Knitpicks Essentials in the Peacock colorway. I have one done and need to do the other yet:
3" cuff. I'll have to do a "ruler" shot for SOS 08. They need to be at least 2" to count. Cutie little things. Great for the summer I think.
Happy Hump Day all!
oooo lots of pretties, enjoyed the look see!

Pretty yarn. You will love the Spring Forward pattern. It flies off your needles. That was the last pattern I did. Do you wear the short topped socks? I haven't tried those yet.
